The beginners’ course starts next Tuesday, September 25th, at 7:00 p.m. in Hylan 1101. The choice of time was based on feedback from the students who’ve signed up so far. (Our apologies if it isn’t convenient for you.) There’s still a possibility to move the class time to Thursdays, if necessary; we’ll talk about this at the first meeting.
The first class presents a broad overview of the language and its history, along with some of the ways you can use Esperanto to learn about other cultures — through literature and travel, for instance.
If you’re curious to learn more about the language but aren’t certain whether you’re ready for a course, that’s okay, too — feel free to stop in and ask questions.
